The don't feel like I got anything from the exercise or assessment. I think I need more time to figure out areas to develop. I know that I can work on training my mind. I am focusing on loving-kindness and changing negative thoughts to positive.
I didn't discover anything about myself from the exercise or assessment unfortunately. I am going to continue doing the universal loving-kindness exercise. Maybe I can feel something from it if I continue to do it.
I am going to focus on my interpersonal development. I want to continue to work on this until I can love my enemies and others besides my family and friends. I can continue to do the loving-kindness and universal loving kindness exercises. Also I am working on positive versus negative thinking.
